A great space for families, friends, or older kids, complete with foosball table, workspace, and arcade games. Right next to the movie theatre space. Noise & Quiet Hours: Keep gatherings at conversational levels after 9 PM. Absolutely no music during quiet hours. We have sound monitors on the property to help us maintain the peaceful desert atmosphere that everyone in the community enjoys. If you're looking for a night party outdoors, this isn't the place for you. This is a space built for connection and rest. Pool Heating: The 30-foot pool is beautiful year-round. If you'd like to heat it, we offer optional heating at $100–$300/day depending on season. Heating requests require 5 days advance notice, and costs are billed separately and non-refundable. Short-Term Rental Agreement: Once you book, we'll send over a simple rental agreement covering house rules and liability, so everyone's on the same page before your adventure begins. We just ask that it's signed within 48 hours of booking.
